We will insure the accuracy of our surveys with errors and omission professional liability insurance, starting with liability limits of $2,000,000.00. As well, we will offer 48-hour turn around on all residential surveying. You will receive an electronic pdf-file, followed by hand-delivered laminated color copies of the survey to your office.
Pricing of projects and billing rates are normally set with little variables. Lot surveys in a normal city block will be priced at $375.00 plus state sales tax of 8.25%. We understand you will expect the best quality professional service and our team is built to meet your needs. Success in a service market is focused on successful client service relationship and typically translates into repeat business. This is our goal.
To avoid the pitfall of quoting a price on a survey only to increase the fee before it is completed, THS will give a written bid for surveys that are larger than a normal lot/block residential project. The written estimate will include a deadline and the total cost of our surveying service on the particular project you’ve requested.
